GRADER I-A-BFP-Cutstock

Job Purpose:
- As a Grader I-BFP-Cutstock at THE BEASLEY GROUP, you'll play a key role in our industrial team by helping to ensure the quality of our cutstock products. You'll be responsible for grading materials, making sure they meet our standards, and helping us deliver top-notch products to our clients. This full-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands and being part of a fun, dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and grade cutstock materials to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist in identifying and reporting any quality issues or defects in materials.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and products.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
- Experience working in an industrial environment is a plus
- Familiarity with machinery and tools used in grading and cutting stock is preferred

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members
