Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a Trust Coordinator to help streamline operational efficiencies and provide administrative support across their team. This role focuses on coordinating account activity, managing documentation, and becoming a reliable contact for daily requests. The ideal candidate brings 1 years of experience in a financial, administrative, or client services environment.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include supporting ongoing administration of client accounts and related documentation; coordinating routine financial and administrative requests; preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and client-facing materials; managing calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics; maintaining organized electronic records and filing systems; responding to internal and external inquiries with professionalism; assisting with team coverage and overflow support; and contributing to special projects as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in financial services, professional services, or client support; strong organizational and prioritization skills; clear written and verbal communication abilities; comfort working with multiple stakeholders; proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic spreadsheets; a high level of discretion and attention to detail; and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
