About the Role
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient application architectures that meet complex business requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions in a cloud-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology teams to define solution architectures aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop architecture patterns and standards for application and security best practices.
- Evaluate build vs. buy decisions and recommend optimal solutions.
- Provide guidance on cloud-native development and modern security principles (IAM, Zero Trust).
- Mentor teams and support agile development processes with hands-on technical expertise.
- AWS Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, EC2/ECS).
- Architecture Patterns: SOA, microservices, serverless design, and decoupled architecture.
- Security Best Practices: IAM, DLP, compliance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with third-party vendors.
- Familiarity with API gateways (Mulesoft or AWS) and integration strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
- Coding experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Node.js.
- Work on cutting-edge cloud and application architecture projects.
- Hybrid flexibility with a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Experience
