About this role:
As the Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for the Customer Experience ecosystem,, which includes contact center technologies and enterprise data platforms to support end-to-end customer capabilities.
Skills (5 years of experience):
- Salesforce/CRM architecture
- Designing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ideally across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce principals including: data model design and SSO
- Experience with end-to-end customer architecture (CRM, contact center, integration patterns, etc.)
- Experience connecting Salesforce and contact centers to enterprise data platforms (snowflake)
- Genesys experience is highly desired
