This position reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to jump in immediately and become a key part of a collaborative, hard-working team environment.

This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable overseeing multiple aspects of accounting operations across several entities.

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Payroll processing and payroll support
• Heavy General Ledger maintenance and reconciliations
• Month-end close and preparation of financial statements
• Budgeting and financial reporting support
• Job costing and project tracking
• Property management accounting functions
• Audit preparation and support
• Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities
• Collaborating with ownership and internal teams to support operational success
