Recruiter

We're partnering with a mission-driven national nonprofit organization seeking two experienced Contract Recruiters to support a busy HR team during upcoming leaves of absence. • Lead full-cycle recruitment for both corporate and field-based positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers and program leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, ATS workflows, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Build diverse candidate pipelines across a variety of functions including fundraising, advocacy, marketing, operations, and corporate support roles
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience
• Support onboarding and new hire orientation activities
• Ensure recruiting processes align with employment laws and internal best practices
  
  

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience supporting multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience recruiting for corporate and/or field-based roles
• Ability to work with a wide range of personalities, from program leaders and fundraisers to scientists and executives
• ATS experience required (UKG experience is a plus)
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and presentation skills
