Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a global law firm that has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Junior or Mid-Level Associate in the Restructuring Practice Group of its Salt Lake City office. The firm's internationally recognized Restructuring & Special Situations Practice has a broad range of experience developing creative and effective strategies to address highly complex issues arising in connection with in- and out-of-court reorganizations, restructurings, workouts, liquidations, and distressed acquisitions and sales, both domestically and in cross-border proceedings. The Salt Lake City office in particular focuses on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and cross-border insolvency matters.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have 2-4 years of general restructuring and bankruptcy experience, including creditor's rights, distressed M&A, bankruptcy litigation, and cross-border insolvency matters. The ideal candidate will have experience with out-of-court restructurings, debt exchange transactions, court appearances, drafting pleadings, and drafting transactional documents for M&A and finance transactions.
