Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its team. In this role, you will support a range of recruiting initiatives across campus, experienced hire, and recruiting operations, partnering closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to coordinate interviews and keep hiring processes running smoothly. - Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, required.
- Prior experience in a financial or professional services organization, preferred.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across teams, candidates, and external partners.
- Professional maturity, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools; experience with ATS platforms.
- Must be comfortable working in a highly in-office environment (initially 5 days/week, with some flexibility over time).
The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
