Our client, a residential real estate organization, is seeking a Property Coordinator to support Property Managers in overseeing daily portfolio operations. This role blends customer service, administrative coordination, and light accounting responsibilities, including tenant communications, payment processing, and lease management. The ideal candidate has 1 years of customer service or administrative experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing tenant applications, screenings, and lease documentation; handling rent collection, account updates, and late notices; responding to resident inquiries via phone and email and escalating issues as needed; maintaining accurate records in property management systems with heavy data entry; coordinating with maintenance and internal teams on service requests and tenant concerns; supporting legal processes such as evictions and application decisions; and maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1 years of customer service, administrative, or entry-level professional experience; strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry; solid communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach; comfort working with numbers, billing, or basic accounting tasks; proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems; and a highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
