Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in Boston, MA. This positions follows a hybrid schedule and is set for a 12 month assignment with potential for extension.
This role combines contract administration and legal operations support within an in-house legal team supporting large-scale development projects. Responsibilities include preparing and tracking NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments; managing contract routing and approvals; maintaining records in a CLM system; supporting vendor compliance documentation; and assisting with general legal and project-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or corporate paralegal support
- Experience with NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments
- CLM system experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
