Boston Property Care is seeking a highly organized, customer service-oriented Property Management Coordinator to support our expanding property management operation serving Boston and surrounding communities.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys helping people while balancing a variety of responsibilities. We are seeking a motivated multitasker with a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational support.

This position is 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow as part of an established and expanding company.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting day-to-day property management operations
- Responding to tenant, owner, trustee, and client inquiries
- Coordinating maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
- Tracking work orders and ensuring timely follow-up
- Assisting with proposals, documents, and administrative tasks
- Supporting leadership and property management staff across multiple areas of the business
- Maintaining organized records and helping ensure exceptional client service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Highly responsive and organized
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and utilizing technology and management systems
- Property management experience preferred but not required
- Real estate or related industry experience is a plus
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
- Local candidates preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $30 /hour to start, depending on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

- Mostly in-office position with some flexibility for hybrid work
