Reporting to senior executive leadership, you will oversee a team of Property Managers, manage a community association portfolio, and play a key role in client retention, business development, and regional profitability.
Leadership & operations
- Supervise Property Managers across the region
- Collaborate directly with association boards of trustees
- Conduct field inspections and monitor contractor activities
- Coordinate bidding and vendor selection for maintenance projects
- Organize and attend annual meetings as needed
- Represent the company during critical incidents
- Ensure proper insurance coverage is maintained
People & business growth
- Lead staff evaluations and support employee retention
- Train and mentor newly assigned managers
- Assist with hiring, terminations, and salary decisions
- Drive client satisfaction and retention initiatives
- Pursue new business and manage client transitions
- Collaborate with Financial Services on budgets
- Drive regional profitability and cost control
