Our client, a highly respected real estate firm based in New York City, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their corporate Human Resources team. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for approximately 200 employees, including bi-weekly payroll and monthly pension payroll, while supporting benefits billing, compliance, and reporting initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, the Payroll Administrator will collaborate closely with teams across HR, Accounting, Tax, and Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include reviewing timecards, running variance reports, processing new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary adjustments, and leaves of absence, and ensuring all payroll activity complies with applicable federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 years of payroll experience supporting 100 employees, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Paycom or ADP. The position requires professionalism, excellent attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time onsite position offering valuable cross-functional exposure and a strong opportunity for long-term growth within a well-established organization.
