Title: Manager, Cloud Infrastructure & Identity Management
Location: Raleigh, NC (100% onsite)
Must Haves:
5-8 years' experience of hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering experience (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
Experience leading and delivering global Microsoft 365-focused projects
Knowledge of cloud security, Zero Trust concepts, and compliance controls
Ability to lead projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms in a global environment
Strong documentation and governance skills
Soft skills:
· cross-functional collaboration, communication, team leadership
Pluses:
Exposure to Copilot, automation, or AI-enabled productivity within Microsoft 365
Experience with Power Platform integrations and governance
Experience working with distributed, international teams
Day to Day:
Lead architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services
Drive Microsoft 365 platform modernization projects from initiation through delivery
Coordinate stakeholders and teams across regions to deliver global initiatives
Lead optimization efforts for Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and collaboration services
Support Copilot readiness and adoption initiatives aligned with security and compliance
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams on identity and access solutions
Implement and maintain identity governance, data protection, and Zero Trust configurations
Provide Tier 3 support for complex Microsoft 365 and identity-related incidents
Lead and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance
Develop technical documentation, standards, and best practices
Lead and motivate small, distributed project teams
