Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a prominent law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy team of attorneys with case management, discovery coordination, trial preparation, and overall litigation workflow.
This role plays a key part in organizing case files, managing deadlines, preparing court filings, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external parties. Based in Washington, D.C., with hybrid flexibility.
Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials.
Prepare, format, and file legal documents in federal and state courts, ensuring compliance with court rules.
Coordinate discovery, including document review, production tracking, and deposition preparation.
Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and case timelines.
Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit binders, witness materials, and logistics.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive firm and client information.
Collaborate with a global legal support team using real‑time workflow systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Expereince with cite checking and bluebooking
Comfort working with evolving legal technology platforms and document management systems.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
