Our client, an international non-profit organization is seeking an International Gender Program Specialist to join their team on a long term temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support day-to-day operations of a global nonprofit program focused on gender justice and community-based initiatives
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and project tracking to ensure priorities remain on schedule
- Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial processes
- Coordinate meetings, travel logistics, and program events while supporting cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and regional programs to support alignment and communication
- Monitor program trends and support research on global issues related to gender, land use, and community development
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience in program management, nonprofit operations, or project coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural, or global environment preferred
- Additional language skills preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $27-$31/hr
- Must have own laptop
- Must be comfortable with up to 2 weeks of international travel during the assignment
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
