Foreclosure Paralegal MJD

Seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal to join a growing association practice. This hybrid role supports foreclosure matters from inception through sale, working with attorneys who represent HOAs, condominium associations, and planned communities in NY and NJ.

• Handle foreclosure matters from inception through sale (critical requirement)

• Prepare, review, and file foreclosure pleadings and related documents

• Track deadlines, manage case files, and ensure compliance with court and statutory requirements

• Coordinate with attorneys, courts, title companies, and third parties

• Maintain accurate records and case notes in the firm's case management systems

• Support attorneys with case administration and reporting

• Base salary: $65,000-$75,000

• Limited overtime

• Mid-year performance review

• Year-end base pay increase and bonus
