Job Title: Foreclosure ParalegalLocation: Manhattan, New York CityWork Schedule: Hybrid (3 days per week in-office)Salary Range: $75,000-$95,000/year, DOEWe are seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to support our attorneys in all stages of foreclosure matters. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in foreclosure and/or bankruptcy law and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.This firm is located on Madison Avenue in New York City, NY.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and file foreclosure pleadings, motions, affidavits, and related documentsConduct title updates, docket searches, and review loan and property documentationAssist attorneys throughout all phases of foreclosure proceedingsDraft and file bankruptcy-related documents (proofs of claim, motions, etc.) when applicableManage case files, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records in the firms systemsCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendorsPerform legal research as neededEnsure all filings comply with federal, state, and local foreclosure rulesQualifications:Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in foreclosure and/or bankruptcy lawParalegal certification preferredKnowledge of NY foreclosure procedures and court filing systems (NYSCEF/eCourts)Strong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProfessional communication and client-service mindsetAbility to work in-office three days per week in ManhattanBenefitsCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageProfessional and collaborative work environment
