My team is partnering with a growing Professional Services company in the Springfield area to find a Controller to join its team and help strengthen a growing, high‑performing accounting function. Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing GL review and monthly reconciliations
* Leading month‑end and year‑end close processes
* Preparing journal entries, financial statements, and supporting documentation
* Overseeing day‑to‑day accounting operations and internal controls
* Supporting audits, tax filings, fixed assets, and compliance requirements
* Collaborating closely with senior leadership, including weekly financial reviews
* Training and developing accounting team members

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
* 4 years of relevant experience
* Experience and ERP system
