Contract Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a global communications leader, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Recruiting Coordinator to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role supports high-volume interview scheduling and candidate experience initiatives across multiple markets. • Bachelor's degree, required.
• 1 years of recruiting coordination or high-volume interview scheduling experience, required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong client-service mentality with a polished, professional communication style.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred).
• Proficiency in Outlook and comfortable managing heavy calendar scheduling.
• Excited about recruiting and interested in long-term growth within HR or Talent Acquisition.

The pay for this position is $25-$27.83/hour.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
