Construction Paralegal

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a respected Am Law 200 firm seeking a Construction Paralegal to join its Frisco office. As the Construction Paralegal, you will work directly with senior partners and be part of a tight-knit, well-established group. This role is ideal for a Litigation Paralegal who enjoys being busy, working closely with partners, and building real relationships with clients. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and offers a hybrid schedule but welcomes candidates who prefer to be onsite.

Core Responsibilities

• Support a busy surety and construction litigation practice with high‑volume matters
• Handle discovery, trial preparation, and day‑to‑day case management
• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery responses, and exhibits
• Manage documents using electronic document management and eDiscovery systems
• Coordinate closely with attorneys, clients, and vendors to keep matters moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on construction litigation, commercial litigation, and/or insurance defense matters
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• Proficiency with Relativity and Elite 3E a plus
