Duties
- Draft, review, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Manage legal case files using document management systems, and ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing (both physical and electronic), answering phones with professional etiquette, and handling clerical duties to keep the office running smoothly.
- Assist with legal administrative support tasks related to personal injury law.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma/GED and higher
- Reliable transportation
- Customer service experience preferred
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office. Adobe, etc.)
- Must be dependable and punctual
