Campus Recruiting Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (Onsite 2 days/week)
A Boston-based professional services client is conducting a search for an experienced Campus Recruiting Manager. This individual will manage a small team and be responsible for campus recruiting strategy & execution targeting full-time and intern hires. This role will be responsible for partnering with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership and the recruiting team to create and lead a successful recruitment strategy
- Consistently evaluate and improve the campus recruiting program, taking into consideration candidate expectations, feedback, trends, and competition
- Build the candidate pipeline through the organization and execution of on campus and virtual events
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, providing a positive candidate experience
- Support hiring teams in making decisions on finalists and job offer recommendations
- Leverage data to analyze program results and recruitment trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 years of experience managing a campus recruiting program that attracts top talent in a competitive marketplace
- 1 years of direct people management experience
- Professional services experience strongly preferred
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities
