Benefits Manager
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 3 days/week)

A professional services client in Boston, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits Manager to oversee & support all aspects of US benefits, including benefits administration, open enrollment, leaves of absence, vendor management, and employee inquiries. They are looking for a candidate with signficant benefits knowledge, ideally with multi-state experience, who can serve as the internal benefits SME and partner closely with leadership.

Requirements:

• 5 years of benefits administration experience, including overseeing a benefits program
• Strong knowledge of US benefit compliance
• Experience working in a multi-state environment
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
