Litigation Paralegal
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a reputable law firm in Denver to identify a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy coverage litigation team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Schedule: Hybrid, with an expectation of approximately 3 days in-office per week.

• Manage and maintain an active litigation caseload
• Track case progress and maintain detailed status reports and spreadsheets
• Assist with document review, organization, and production, including preparation of privilege logs
• Support deposition preparation, including exhibit organization
• Monitor court dockets and e-filing notifications
• Assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and post-trial
• Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents
• Organize and manage large volumes of case materials from clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
  
  

• 5 years of litigation experience
• Strong exposure to trial preparation and support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with court systems and electronic filing processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing shifting priorities
• Proficiency with standard legal software and willingness to learn new tools
