A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing executive administrative support and Board governance operations. This position leads a high‑performing team supporting senior leadership and the Board of Directors, ensuring seamless meeting execution, strong governance practices, and exceptional administrative excellence. Acts as a trusted partner to executive leaders, Board members, and key stakeholders, balancing discretion, precision, and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage executive and administrative professionals supporting senior leadership
- Establish consistent standards and best practices for executive administrative support
- Oversee calendar management, meeting coordination, materials preparation, and follow‑up
- Direct all administrative and operational support for Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and minutes
- Partner with executive leadership and Legal to support effective governance, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Support Board onboarding, education, and ongoing engagement
- Continuously evaluate and improve administrative and governance processes
- Serve as a central liaison across leadership, Board members, and internal partners
- Ensure confidentiality and sound judgment in high‑stakes situations
- Provide staff coaching, performance feedback, and people leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8 years of administrative or related experience
- 3 years of people‑management experience
- Legal or paralegal experience preferred
