Applicant Tracking System Analyst

Our client in Johnston RI is seeking an Analyst with experience working with ANY Applicant Tracking system like Oracle Cloud Recruiter, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, ECT.

This role will work on the Talent Aquisition team and partner closely with Technology teams to support the day to day use of the ATS platform as well as support any maintenence, upgrades and integrations with the platform.

This is a contract to hire role working 3-4 days a week onsite and will convert permanent in the future. The rate is $40/hr and health/dental and vision benefits are provided to contractors.

Experience Needed:
- Experience configuring and supporting an Applicant tracking system (ex Oracle Cloud Recruiting, iCIMS, Workday ect)
- Experience Supporting Talent Acquisition team in system issues, questions and support on a daily basis
- Knowledge of systems analysis (helping with system enhancements and updates, configuration, maintenance and testing)
