Required Skills:
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, data validation, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

Experience creating executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
Exposure to enterprise data environments and large-scale datasets.
Experience balancing long-term strategic projects with urgent ad hoc requests.
Cruise, travel, hospitality, or consumer-facing digital platform experience.

Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
Beacon Hill is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a Digital Product organization focused on digital analytics, reporting, and customer experience insights. This individual will leverage SQL, Power BI, and data pipeline knowledge to develop dashboards, deliver ad hoc reporting, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business decisions. The role partners closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Revenue, and leadership teams to analyze digital customer behavior, evaluate website and application performance, and support enterprise analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong critical thinking skills, hands-on dashboard development experience, and the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
