- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong generalist expertise, required.
- Exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition processes, required.
- Experience managing vendor selection and RFP processes, required.
- Prior experience within professional services environments (e.g., consulting, law firms, financial services), required.
- Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion, required.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders, required.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$225,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
