Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Law Firm. We are currently hiring a Legal Billing Coordinator. This role is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities/Duties:
The responsibilities of the Billing Coordinator are, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, review, and finalize client invoices and prebills.
- Partner with attorneys to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Process billing adjustments, write-offs, transfers, and credit memos.
- Manage client, matter, and rate information within Elite 3E.
- Submit invoices through e-billing platforms and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
- Research and resolve invoice rejections, reductions, and short-pay issues.
- Maintain electronic billing arrangements and portal setup information.
Requirements:
- Experience with Elite 3E or Aderant
- 3 years of experience in legal billing
