  • All other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferably bachelor’s degree in education, psychology or any related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of learning differences, neurodiversity, and varied learning styles, with an understanding of how these may impact academic and social development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of instructional support practices and college transition or independent living skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards related to student information.
  • Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to identify student needs, problem-solve effectively, and communicate concerns appropriately.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to follow program schedules and guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate professionally with students, families, faculty, and staff.
  • Capable of remaining calm, patient, and supportive in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
