Server/Bartender

We are seeking talented and experienced Servers/Bartenders to join our team. Friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of the establishment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile, demonstrating genuine hospitality
• Deliver exceptional service by providing knowledge of all food and beverage menus – including ingredients and presentation
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy by providing attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary.
• Participate in a team environment by demonstrating genuine hospitality and team skills.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for all team members and guests

Essentials:

• 3 years of high-volume hospitality experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak operating hours
• Attention to detail, ensuring accurate order-taking and payment processing including basic math skills for handling payments
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Age requirement met for serving alcoholic beverages
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business

Physical requirements:

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Handling the following types of equipment or machinery: hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other kitchen tools
• Inside/outside conditions required that include inclement weather, heat and humidity exceeding 100° at times and exposure to dust and sand.
