We are seeking talented and experienced hosts/bussers/food runners to join our team. A friendly and professional demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of this position. Responsiblities:
- Greet all guests with a friendly smile.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and restaurant promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Assist team with cleaning and sanitation.
- Participate in a team environment by demonstrating genuine hospitality and team skills.
Essentials:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, providing excellent service even during busy times.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
Physical requirements:
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently (depending on position)
- Bending/stooping/kneeling required
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Inside/outside conditions required that include inclement weather, heat and humidity exceeding 100° at times, exposure to dust and sand.
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
