We are looking for skilled, dependable Line Cook professionals to join our team who understand urgency, communicate well, and take pride in being part of a strong team. Experienced candidates have the potential to earn $22 per hour, based on station knowledge, leadership ability, availability, and high-volume experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Culinary expertise, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure contribute to the success of this position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in training kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Participate in a team environment by demonstrating genuine hospitality and team skills
• Possess the knowledge and ability to ensure timely execution of all food menus/recipes – including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by consistently preparing high quality menu items
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations
• Thrive in a high-volume environment

Essentials:

• You have 5 years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience
• You have a current food handler’s card
• You have strong communications skills and ability to communicate operational information
• You have a high school diploma or GED
• Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business
• Willing to work on nights and weekends as required by our scheduling

Physical requirements:

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 40 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Handling the following types of equipment or machinery: hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys and other kitchen tools
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
