Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.

• Develop and execute strategic approaches for wildfire and mass tort cases.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, and motions.

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to drive case success and client satisfaction.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring clear and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

• 7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in wildfire, mass tort, or environmental litigation.

• Strong background in depositions, motion practice, and trial work.

• Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated commitment to plaintiff advocacy and teamwork.
