A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring three to five years of experience in real estate law, focusing on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and general contracting matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate material definitive documents.
- Interface directly with clients on various real estate matters.
- Manage acquisitions and dispositions processes.
- Handle leasing and general contracting tasks.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Certifications: Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Required Skills
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Experience at a comparable law firm.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong client interfacing abilities.
- Proficiency in handling complex real estate transactions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development is a plus.
Pay range and compensation package
- Pay scale: $225000- $415000
