Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney (Mid- to Senior-Level) in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

Duties

• Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
• Manage construction and permanent financings for lenders and borrowers.
• Participate in joint ventures and portfolio transactions.
• Advise on REITs and real estate funds.
• Engage in equity joint venture investments and entity formation.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of law firm experience in relevant areas.
• Familiarity with transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Admitted to the New York state bar or eligible to waive in.

• Strong academic credentials.
