Duties
- Handle acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets.
- Manage construction and permanent financings for lenders and borrowers.
- Participate in joint ventures and portfolio transactions.
- Advise on REITs and real estate funds.
- Engage in equity joint venture investments and entity formation.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of law firm experience in relevant areas.
- Familiarity with transactions involving residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land assets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Admitted to the New York state bar or eligible to waive in.
