Duties
- Draft and respond to complex discovery requests and motions.
- Prepare for pre-trial and conduct witness interviews.
- Negotiate and communicate effectively with opposing counsel.
- Argue motions or appeals and conduct discovery conferences.
- Prepare for, defend, and conduct depositions.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of litigation experience.
- Massachusetts State Bar admission required.
- Clerkship experience preferred but not required.
Education
- Strong academic credentials required.
