About the Role
A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate for its Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of complex M&A and private equity transactions.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
- Conduct due diligence and draft transaction documents.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the state of Massachusetts.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in M&A and private equity.
