Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications for cutting-edge technologies

• Work closely with inventors, engineers, and scientists to develop patent strategies

• Prepare patent applications related to wireless telecommunications, including 5G/6G and WiFi

• Conduct prior art analysis and provide strategic patentability assessments

• Collaborate with team members on complex intellectual property matters

• Manage multiple patent portfolios and deadlines efficiently

• Provide high-level legal and technical guidance to clients

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent

• Strong experience in patent drafting and prosecution

• Technical expertise in electrical engineering required

• Experience with wireless telecommunications technologies (5G/6G, WiFi) preferred

• Prior experience preparing patent applications for major technology clients is a plus

• Additional experience in power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical devices, or 3D printing is advantageous

• Patent Bar required

• Strong communication and organizational skills
