Duties
- Review invention disclosure documents and conduct meetings.
- Conduct prior searches and analyze patentability.
- Draft patent applications.
- Review USPTO office actions and formulate response strategies.
- Manage U.S. and foreign dockets.
- Analyze patents for due diligence and freedom to operate analyses.
Requirements
- USPTO admission preferred.
- At least one year of patent prosecution experience.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, software, and hardware technologies.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Education
- Technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field.
