Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of deal teams handling structured finance and CLO transactions.

• Work directly with international investment banks and asset managers.

• Draft, negotiate, and manage transaction documents for securitizations and asset-based lending deals.

• Advise on collateralized loan obligations and related financing structures.

• Support partners in managing deal flow and ensuring efficient client service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of structured finance experience, including collateralized loan obligations.

• Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction of employment.

• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to handle multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
