Position Overview
A well-regarded, full-service litigation practice is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Irvine office. This role offers hands-on case involvement, exposure to complex commercial disputes, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators. Candidates will receive strong mentorship, early responsibility, and a collegial culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and written discovery
• Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and trial/arbitration preparation
• Assist with factual development, legal research, and case strategy
• Manage case deadlines and coordinate with partners, associates, and clients
• Contribute to a team-oriented litigation environment while maintaining high-quality work

Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in business and commercial litigation
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
