Seeking an IP Litigation Associate in San Francisco to handle cutting-edge patent cases involving tech, engineering, and physics. Work on complex disputes in district courts, ITC, and PTAB with a top-tier legal team.

Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in patent litigation before U.S. district courts, ITC, or PTAB
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior team members
• Participate in hearings, trials, and client meetings
• Support expert preparation and evidentiary development

Qualifications
• Experience in patent litigation required
• Familiarity with district court, ITC, and/or PTAB proceedings
• Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or similar
• Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus
• Patent Bar membership preferred
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
