The Texas law office was launched five years ago. To date, it has over twenty-five knowledgeable attorneys. Areas of specialization are litigation, and intellectual property law. There are seven areas of practice. Disciplines consist of banking-finance, corporate transactions-securities, intellectual property, products liability, and commercial litigation.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in ERISA-related disputes and defense matters

• Support case preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials

Qualifications
• 2–6 years of litigation experience; ERISA litigation experience strongly preferred
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas
