Position Overview

An internationally recognized, top-ranked corporate law practice is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Attorney to join its Seattle office. Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients—from incorporation to exit—often serving as outside general counsel

• Provide day-to-day strategic counseling and work directly with executive teams

• Negotiate and advise on equity financings, capital markets matters, and private offerings

• Guide clients through mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions

• Support venture capital investors and founders involved in high-growth businesses

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate experience, ideally with focus on M&A, venture capital, and securities

• Strong interest in technology and life sciences emerging growth companies

• Superior academic credentials

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Bar admission in the State of Washington required
