Key Responsibilities

• Manage a civil litigation caseload from initiation through resolution

• Represent clients in court—hearings, depositions, trials, and mediations

• Prepare for and engage in settlement negotiations

• Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding strategy and case progress

• Conduct legal research using tools like Westlaw

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience

• Active Florida Bar membership

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong research, legal writing, and analytical abilities

• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
