A respected law firm is seeking a Land Use & Zoning Associate Attorney to join its Baltimore, MD office. Key Responsibilities
• Represent private and public clients in land use and zoning matters
• Attend and manage schedules for public hearings, client meetings, and regulatory conferences
• Advocate for clients in hearings, trials, appeals, and quasi-judicial proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents including agreements, zoning applications, and ordinances
• Provide regular updates and strategic advice to clients regarding case status and regulatory developments
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while also managing independent responsibilities

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience as a Land Use Attorney or Zoning Attorney
• Admission to the Maryland Bar required
• Strong ability to handle client development and contribute to practice growth
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
