A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience to join its employment litigation practice. The position involves representing employers in a broad range of workplace disputes while working closely with attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies and practical legal solutions.

The successful candidate will handle employment litigation matters, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and other legal documents, and collaborate with colleagues throughout each stage of litigation. The role also includes using AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve legal workflows and client service where appropriate.

This position follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.

Duties

• Represent employers in labor and employment law matters.

• Handle employment litigation from case development through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and analyze employment law issues.

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on litigation strategy.

• Communicate with clients regarding ongoing legal matters.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of labor and employment law experience.

• Significant employment litigation experience.

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
