Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex life sciences transactions.

• Draft contracts, agreements, and correspondence for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

• Assist in managing corporate transactions from initial structuring through closing.

• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive and professional interaction.

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
